Why SubstiToothFairy

SubstiToothFairy was built by a registered dental hygienist who knows the industry from the inside — the scheduling gaps, the staffing scramble, the search for the right fit. We built the platform we wished existed: one that treats dental professionals like the skilled experts they are, and gives practices a faster, simpler way to find them.

Built by dentistry. Powered by technology. Driven by people.

Reviews & Testimonials

Trusted by Practices. Valued by Professionals.

"We have worked with SubstiToothFairy for several years. Day or night, they are available to fill your request and have done so on many occasions, whether it be a long-term or one day substitute. The staff is very friendly and courteous, as well as all the substitutes that we have worked with. Very reliable in tough situations!"

Ann O., Manager, Newark, DE

"Wow, what a pleasant experience it has been to work with Seta so far! To have someone handling your placement that shares the same passion for dentistry as you is such a joy!"

Amanda S., C.D.A., Dover DE

"Seta is the best!!!! I called her as a new client in a panic one evening during the holidays for the next day. The other staffing agents in my area said they knew they didn't have anyone available to temp for hygiene. Seta made a phone call and called me back shortly after with a temp that was amazing. I requested Alyssa the next time I needed a temp and Seta was able to make that happen again. I don't feel as panicked anymore knowing that I can call SubstiToothFairy and feel confident that my staffing needs will be met."

Ellen, Manager, Spring House, PA

"Seta is a warm and very friendly person with great people skills. Her expertise in the Dental field goes beyond the ‘norm’. I would recommend her with the highest regard. We have worked together but in different categories. Her need for CPR training for her and her perspective hires and my company that provides the CPR training, Seta is an asset to the Dental community"

Marie B., CPR Trainer, Wilmington, DE

"I GOT MY FIRST JOB OUT OF DEL-TECH THANKS TO SUBSTITOOTHFAIRY! I’ve been part of a SubstiToothFairy since 2013, serving as a dental hygienist. Joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Working for them has given me experience in the field that I needed as a new graduate. The ability to network and meet some great people, as well as helping me find a full time position in a great office. I highly recommend becoming a part of this great Staffing Agency. Believe me, you won’t regret it!"

Meghan B., RDH, Hockessin, DE

"SubstiToothFairy has been an excellent addition to our practice needs! They have filled hygienist spots for us as early as 6:00 a.m. for same-day and often in an emergency situation. We have ongoing hygienist needs and they are always ready to fill our spots for us. All of the staff we use from SubstiToothFairy are professional and punctual. I can’t say enough great things about SubstiToothFairy!"

Megan, Manager, Drexel Hill, PA

"Seta is a wonderful person and a great co-worker. She is hard working. She dedicates herself to SubstiToothFairy while also working as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She really cares about dental health for everyone."

Michelle L., E.F.D.A., Thornton, PA

"Our office has been working with Seta, owner of SubstiToothFairy, for quite some time and couldn’t be happier! Seta & Joe have helped us cut down on the endless number of calls to find a good replacement hygienist whether it is last minute or for the future. Their service is fast and reliable. We have numerous hygienists that we request back to our office when we’re in need of coverage. Their staff is friendly and professional and we enjoy a wonderful working relationship with them."
